After some serious consideration, we had decided that it would probably be best if we were to remove most of the props that we had in mind at the beginning. Originally, we were going to have each character enter the interrogations with a single item as an extension of their personalities or hobbies. Jacob's character was supposed to have a football or basketball, my character was supposed to have a book, Kayla's character was supposed to have a mirror and some lip gloss, and Aaliyah's character was supposed to have a sketchbook. We ultimately decided to remove these because we though it wouldn't make sense that suspects would be allowed to bring what they please to the interrogation table. Rather than that, our props consisted of handcuffs and a folder filled with "evidence" as well as mug shots of us to make it all the more convincing.
